Day 3 of the GLOW UP Challenge

You are just 11 days away from a stronger and more confident self! How are you feeling? What are you expecting on day 14? Why are you doing this challenge? Take a piece of paper write down the answers to these questions and put them on your mirror to remind you of WHY you are putting yourself first for the next 14 days.

Today I want you to review this video to show you the proper way to do a Goblet Squat so that you don’t hurt yourself using weights with squats. You can still do this move without weights if you don’t have access to weights at home, or at the gym.

Remember: If some of the movements are too hard, don’t give up! Change them up to make it feel comfortable and work your way up to make it more challenging along the way. It’s more about moving than it is the movement. You got this! Don’t give up and I’ll see you tomorrow.
